I, Andre de Klerk became a realtor in 1990.
Completed my Certificate of Estate Agent.
I am a Certified Residential Specialist CRS (SA) and in the following year obtained CAPM (SA).
I also am a Completed Accredited Buyers Representative ABR (SA) 1995.
I Attended many seminars each year and visited the National Association of Realtors in USA. - each time gleaning valuable information and training on trends and cutting edge sales technologies. Investing many thousands of Rand in ongoing education each year.
I have worked in variety of areas with experience in residential properties both freehold, cluster and sectional title. Retirement developments and Factory development are also part of my repertoire. I assist my clients in maximizing the return on their properties.
I believe in the WIN WIN philosophy as David Wheatly espoused in Double Win.

What we do

Although the mainstay of our business remains in the realm of Residential properties, we still have some excellent Commercial and Industrial properties or clients looking for these on an ongoing basis.
We have however found over the last few years that more and more of our clients are looking at diversifying their investment base and often want to own or be part of a syndicate that owns property overseas with the Rand hedge benefits.
I have watched Umhlanga grow from a village to a burgeoning town. I consider it a privilege to be part of the Exclusive Realtors family
